My more than 20 years of experience coaching singles to success include two years of work as a para-professional in social work dealing with dating and relationship issues, including work as a court ordered domestic violence advocate for women’s safety in relationships.

My education incudes an undergraduate degree in psychology and multiple certifications in issues affecting dating and relationships, along with additional certifications in counseling and treatment. Although I am not a therapist, I am a lifetime member of Psy Chi National Psychological Honor Society.

I have written extensively about dating and spoken publicly regarding dating and relationship issues for the Hawaii State Attorneys General Office, United Way, the Honolulu Women’s League, the Family Peace Center, and in the news with both the Honolulu Advertiser and KITV Hawaii News.

More importantly, I have extensive dating experience having gone on more than 500 FIRST dates in last five years while I was looking for “the one,” before I found her.

My personal dating experience includes dating from my own teens to late-life dating in my 50s and extensive dating as a single parent! I have dated nearly every ethnicity and nationality; every major religion including atheists; every generation from Boomers to Gen Z; every level of education from high-school dropout to Ph.D.; every profession from blue collar workers (including sex workers) to white-collar professionals.

I do not believe there is anyone with a wider degree of dating experience in the world!
