These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Dating Success Engine (“Dating Success Engine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of DatingSuccessEngine.com, including all content, features, functionality, forums, and services offered on or through it (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking “I Agree” where presented, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Dating Success Engine reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts of users it believes to be underage.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Creating an Account. To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may register using an email address and password, or by using a supported third-party login method, including TikTok (see Section 3 below).
2.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.3 One Account Per Person. You may not maintain more than one account, or create an account on behalf of another person without their permission. You may not transfer your account to another person.
2.4 Account Security. You must notify us immediately at support@datingsuccessengine.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Third-Party Login: TikTok
Dating Success Engine provides an optional feature allowing you to register for, or log into, your account using TikTok’s Login Kit (“TikTok Login”). Use of this feature is subject to the following terms in addition to the rest of this Agreement.
3.1 Eligibility and authorization. By using TikTok Login, you represent that you are the lawful owner of the TikTok account you are connecting, and that you have the authority to grant Dating Success Engine access to the profile information TikTok makes available through this feature.
3.2 Relationship to TikTok. TikTok Login is provided using TikTok’s official developer tools. Dating Success Engine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok Inc. or ByteDance Ltd. Your use of TikTok itself remains governed by TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review separately. We are not responsible for TikTok’s availability, for changes TikTok makes to its platform or API, or for any suspension or limitation of your TikTok account.
3.3 Data accuracy. Profile information imported via TikTok Login (display name, username, avatar, bio, and public statistics) is supplied directly by TikTok and reflects what is publicly visible on your TikTok profile at the time of connection or refresh. Dating Success Engine does not verify the accuracy of this information and is not responsible for inaccuracies originating from your TikTok profile.
3.4 Account linking. Each TikTok account may be linked to only one Dating Success Engine account at a time. If you attempt to connect a TikTok account that is already linked to a different Dating Success Engine account, the connection will be transferred and the prior link removed. If you did not intend this transfer, please contact us at support@datingsuccessengine.com.
3.5 Termination of access. We may suspend or remove the TikTok Login feature, or disconnect a specific user’s linked TikTok account, at our discretion — including if required to do so by TikTok, by law, or to address a security or policy violation. Disconnection does not, by itself, terminate your underlying Dating Success Engine account unless that account has no other means of login (e.g., no password or email set) and no active session, in which case you should add a password or email to your account before disconnecting to avoid being locked out.
3.6 No warranty regarding third-party service. The TikTok Login feature depends on TikTok’s own API and infrastructure, which is outside our control. Dating Success Engine disclaims any warranty that this feature will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.7 Your privacy rights. Your rights regarding data collected through TikTok Login — including rights specific to EU/UK/EEA and California residents — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, exploitative, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity
- Solicit money, personal financial information, or engage in any form of scam, catfishing, or fraud
- Use the Service to advertise, solicit, or spam other users for commercial purposes
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service or extract data from it, except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our prior written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to the Service
- Use the Service if you have been convicted of, or are required to register as, a sex offender
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, including without limitation removing content and suspending or terminating accounts, against anyone who violates this Section.
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or submit to the Service (“User Content”), including profile information, photos, messages, and forum posts.
5.2 License to Us. By submitting User Content, you grant Dating Success Engine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify that User Content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
5.3 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that it does not violate any third party’s rights.
5.4 Removal. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, and remove User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to Dating Success Engine and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social login providers such as TikTok, that are not owned or controlled by Dating Success Engine. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with any third-party service are governed solely by the terms and policies of that third party.
8. Fees and Payment

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DATING SUCCESS ENGINE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
DATING SUCCESS ENGINE DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE CONDUCT, IDENTITY, OR INTENTIONS OF ANY USER. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, INCLUDING ANY IN-PERSON MEETINGS. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO EXERCISE CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH OR MEETING OTHER USERS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATING SUCCESS ENGINE, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — INCLUDING DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DATING SUCCESS ENGINE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DATING SUCCESS ENGINE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dating Success Engine, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@datingsuccessengine.com or using the account deletion feature, if available.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14) shall survive.
13. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dating Success Engine regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
